I was sitting behind home plate, and it wasn’t a classic case of

obstruction by any means. The home plate ump’s cataracts starting giving him trouble the darker the sky got and the brighter the lights got....

In the first game they called an illegal pitch which surprised both sides.

Pete didn’t bitch and moan today, but it’s clear to me the team plays to the level of its competition..

Also, the Longwood AD, Michelle Meadows, was there today. Michelle is in the VT Sports Hall of Fame as a softball player.
